HT.CRM processes all communications between  Hotel and customer, from the room booking request to his arrival to the accommodation unit.

The App allows the hotel to have a unique and profiled history of the user experience and to set, based on this information, re-marketing and re-targeting campaigns.

Its main goals are: improving customers’ loyalty, customizing the business proposal.

The module is integrated with A.I. systems and shopping experience customization such as and with multi-channel CRM systems such as HubSpot.
